Welcome to DiagnosED. By accessing or using DiagnosED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
DiagnosED is an educational and professional reflection platform designed to help healthcare professionals and students document clinical learning experiences, diagnostic reasoning, teaching points, and professional development. DiagnosED is intended solely for educational and reflective purposes. It is not a medical record, electronic health record (EHR), clinical documentation system, medical device, or substitute for professional medical judgment.
DiagnosED is not intended to receive, collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI). You must never enter patient-identifying information into the application, including but not limited to: • Patient names • Initials • Dates of birth • Medical record numbers • Addresses • Telephone numbers • Email addresses • Social Security numbers • Photographs or facial images • Insurance information • Admission or discharge dates • Any other information that could reasonably identify a patient All clinical cases and educational entries must be fully de-identified before being entered into DiagnosED. You are solely responsible for complying with HIPAA, institutional policies, and all applicable privacy and confidentiality laws.
You agree to: • Use DiagnosED professionally and ethically • Protect your account credentials • Follow institutional policies • Enter only de-identified educational content You agree not to upload identifiable patient information, confidential institutional information, copyrighted material without authorization, or any unlawful or inappropriate content.
DiagnosED is intended for clinical learning, diagnostic reflection, educational review, quality improvement, and professional development. DiagnosED does not provide medical advice and should never be used to make patient-care decisions.
DiagnosED may provide AI-assisted summaries, reflections, educational suggestions, and learning tools. AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate and must always be independently reviewed by the user. AI-generated content is intended solely as an educational aid and never replaces professional medical judgment. Identifiable patient information must never be submitted to any AI feature.
DiagnosED, including its software, design, graphics, branding, trademarks, logos, and related materials, is owned by DiagnosED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the educational content they lawfully create and enter into the application.
DiagnosED is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DiagnosED, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the application.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Your continued use of DiagnosED after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
