DiagnosED is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your information.
DiagnosED receives only the information necessary to authenticate your account when you choose to sign in with Apple or Google. This may include: • Your name • Email address (or Apple's Private Relay email) • Unique account identifier • Authentication provider DiagnosED does not collect location information, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic information.
DiagnosED is not intended to collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI). You must never enter: • Patient names • Initials • Medical record numbers • Dates of birth • Addresses • Phone numbers • Email addresses • Photographs or facial images • Insurance information • Any information that could identify a patient All educational cases must be completely de-identified. If patient-identifying information is entered inadvertently, it should be removed immediately.
Information may be used to: • Authenticate users • Provide and maintain the app • Synchronize educational content • Improve application performance • Provide customer support • Prevent misuse • Develop new educational features
When AI features are used, only de-identified educational content may be processed to generate summaries, reflections, or educational insights. Never submit identifiable patient information to any AI feature.
We take reasonable measures to protect authentication information and stored educational content. Although no system can guarantee absolute security, DiagnosED follows industry-standard security practices to safeguard your information.
DiagnosED may use trusted service providers including: • Sign in with Apple • Google Sign-In • Cloud hosting providers • AI processing services These providers process limited information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
Information may be retained as long as necessary to: • Provide the service • Meet legal obligations • Resolve disputes • Enforce agreements • Maintain security Where available, you may request deletion of your account and educational content.
DiagnosED is designed for healthcare professionals and adult learners. It is not intended for children under the age of 13.
If DiagnosED introduces features requiring the collection of additional information, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those changes take effect.
